(1) The Board has to prepare an annual report of the activities carried out by it throughout the year and  submit it to the Ministry within Three months of expiration of fiscal
year.
(2) The Board has to publish an annual report prepared pursuant to Sub-section (1) in the national newspaper for information to the general people.
